The World Poker Tour® 2nd Chance Sweepstakes will be conducted beginning on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 and will end on Tuesday, January 24, 2012. |
|
To participate, a player must submit a non-winning Virginia Lottery World Poker Tour® scratcher ticket available for purchase during the sweepstakes period. Players may enter by US mail or by Internet. |
|
In conjunction with this Sweepstakes, four (4) drawings will take place, one (1) on November 2, 2011, one (1) drawing on November 30, 2011, one (1) on December 28, 2011 and one (1) on January 25, 2012 to select the winners for this Sweepstakes. |
|
All Sweepstakes entries must be received by November 1, 2011, to participate in the November 2, 2011 drawing. Entries must be received by November 29, 2011, to participate in the November 30, 2011 drawing. Entries must be received by December 27, 2011, to participate in the December 28, 2011 drawing and entries must be received by January 24, 2012, to participate in the January 25, 2012 drawing. |

The World Poker Tour® 2nd Chance Sweepstakes is open to players 18 years of age or older. Players may be required to provide proof of their date of birth. |
|
A player may enter the World Poker Tour® 2nd Chance Sweepstakes more than once as long as a different non-winning World Poker Tour® ticket is submitted with each entry. However, a player is eligible to win only one prize per drawing. |
|
All
entries, whether
submitted through the US mail or via Internet, have an equal
chance of winning a prize. |
|
Chances
of winning any prize in the World Poker Tour® 2nd Chance Sweepstakes depend on the
number of total entries. |
|
The Virginia Lottery will not be responsible for entries submitted incorrectly, received before the October 4, 2011 start date, or received after the January 24, 2012 entry deadline date. Such entries shall be deemed invalid. |

be eligible to enter the World Poker Tour® 2nd Chance Sweepstakes on the Internet, you must register as
a participant with your
name, date of birth, street address,
city, state and ZIP
code, phone number and
a valid e-mail address.
If you have
registered for previous
second-chance contests there is no need
to re-register. |

 To
participate, a player
must submit the Sweepstakes Entry Number (back of ticket) and the Sweepstakes Entry Code (front of ticket) from one (1)
non-winning World Poker Tour® ticket.
The Sweepstakes Entry Number is the
14-digit number
found on the
back
of the ticket.
The Sweepstakes Entry Code is the 6-digit alpha numeric code found under the latex on the front of the ticket. |

A Sweepstakes Entry Number may be entered
only one time. |
|
PLAYERS
MUST RETAIN THE
NON-WINNING TICKETS
THEY ENTER, AS PROOF
OF ELIGIBILITY, SO
THEY CAN CLAIM THEIR
PRIZE IF THEIR ENTRY
IS SELECTED. |

The Virginia Lottery will not be responsible for Sweepstakes Entry Numbers that are transposed or entered incorrectly. |

The Winners selected will each be notified by an official letter or email sent by the Virginia Lottery. Included with the congratulatory letter will be a Claim form, an Affidavit of Eligibility form, return envelope and a complete copy of the Virginia Lottery’s World Poker Tour® 2nd Chance Sweepstakes Rules.
Winners who fail to respond to their winner notification will forfeit their Prize. |
